Carrie Million was born and raised in the Bay Area. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Spanish from UC Davis, followed by a Single Subject Teaching Credential form Sacramento State University. While teaching high school history and geography, she returned to Sacramento State University to complete a Master of Arts in Special Education.
Upon completing her MA, she worked as a Learning Disabilities Specialist for Sacramento State University. After moving back to the Bay Area, she worked as a Learning Disabilities Specialist at College of San Mateo and 91°µÍø before being hired as full-time Assistive Technology Faculty at 91°µÍø in 2009. She has also taught in the Special Education department at 91°µÍø since 2015.
She enjoys visiting national and state parks and historical sites and reading biographies.
